When:
Rides leave promptly at 9:30am.
This is the time at which we will be rolling away, miss it and miss out! It generally pays to arrive slightly early and grab a quick coffee at the nearby McDonald's.

About 2.5 hours, plus a coffee stop somewhere towards the end of the ride.
How fast:
In the Summer we run 4 groups, but in the Winter this often drops away to just a Medium group and a Steady group.
The average moving speed (i.e. not including stops) of groups varies based on the course and weather conditions, but tends to be as follows:
