Submit an event

If you would to add an event to the Andover Wheelers events calendar, then please complete the form below.

All submissions received are reviewed before being added to the website. Submitting an event does not guarantee a listing on the Andover Wheelers events calendar. We reserve the right to reject events which are not relevant to our members. All events submitted must take place within easy reach of Andover. Please allow at least 48 hours for your event to be published from the time you submit your form.

It is your responsibility to make sure you have permission from the venue/event organiser to share this information with us and to ensure its accuracy. By submitting an event form, you agree that Andover Wheelers has the right to use any images supplied for publication on this website.

If you experience an issue with the form below or have a question regarding events, please contact us.

Your contact name and email address is required if there is a query with your listing. This information will not be displayed on the website or as part of the event. 
If your event runs across several dates and or times, please detail below so we can accurately display this.

Please provide as much information as possible about your event.

12 MB limit.
Allowed types: gif, jpg, jpeg, png.
All images uploaded must be in LANDSCAPE format with a 3x2 aspect ratio (e.g. 1500px wide by 1000px tall). Images must be a minimum resolution of 795x530 pixels (WIDTH x HEIGHT). Images with a lower resolution will be rejected.

Please select the categories which best describe your event.
Please add the ticket type and cost. Please select the "add" button to submit more ticket types, e.g. child, teen etc. 

If the event is free to attend, please leave blank.
